Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, I hereby inform you that:

    • concluding and performing contracts,
    • handling your inquiry sent via e-mail,

    • fulfilling legal requirements in the field of accounting;

    • persons authorized by the Controller to process data for service purposes,
    • accounting, legal, or other entities providing services to the Controller,
    • postal operators and courier service providers,
    • law firms,
    • entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in item 3, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by law.
  5. You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to such processing and the right to data portability,
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
  7. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
